assessement services for ADHD & Autism
I provide diagnostic assessments for those who suspect Autism and/0r ADHD, with a special focus on high-masking adults who may have been misdiagnosed or misunderstood by their past providers.
These assessments accurately capture your lived experience to provide a clear snapshot of the ways Autism, ADHD or AuDHD may impact your life & relationships. Using narrative and qualitative assessment tools, the information we gather can become a powerful tool in guiding effective therapy and real-life adaptations that can decrease daily stress and relieve the pressure to mask.
COST OF ASSESSMENTS -
The interview and client-facing process can be billed to insurance of the amount of time it takes. On average this is between 3-5 sessions. For private pay clients, this is $200 per hour.
When our diagnostic work is complete, we will meet for a session to go over the findings and ensure you are entirely seen/heard in my clinical formulation.
As it takes significant additional time outside of direct face-to-face treatment, long-form documentation of our findings is available at at an additional cost. Two options are available; we can talk about what your needs are to see what on the needs of the situation, the following documentation is available.
Basic Report - $150
This includes the diagnostic formulation, general impressions from our assessment and adaptations/supports to help with managing the challenges that present with your difficulty.
Full Formal Report - $900
This takes between 4-7 hours to complete, and includes specific details from our full assessment process, diagnostic formulations and
